Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 7, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2009 CA 020136 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and SCOTT SHELBY A/K/A SCOTT A. SHELBY, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 2, BLOCK 115, 7TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 12th day of July, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
