NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 29, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2008-CA-008701 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE BENEFIT OFHARBORVIEW 2005-13 TRUST FUNDATION is the Plaintiff and DANIEL E. MANZANO; ERIN M. MANZANO; SERENADE ON PALMER RANCH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 28th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 304, BUILDING 2, SERENADE ON PALMER RANCH CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2005045834, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
