NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 11, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-018187-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ARM TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4 is the Plaintiff and JUDITH A. ACKERMAN; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; GRANDE OAKS PRESERVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 17th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
