NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 021444 NC,of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC is Plaintiff and MICHAEL J. CHADWICK; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC AS A NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; VINTAGE GRAND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 15th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 21, BUILDING 12, VINTAGE GRAND CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT #2005281688, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
