ALSO: THE WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 1, BLOCK B, A.L. JOINERS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2343 Hillview Street, Sarasota, FL 34239, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, on July 18, 2013, at 9:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
