NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 008826 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and JAY T. MURPHY A/K/A JAY MURPHY, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Apartment D-31, BAY OAKS, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1067, page 620 and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 8, page 30, 30A and 30B, and amendments thereto of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
