NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 13, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-1880-NC (C) of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and MICHAEL J. WHITE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL J. WHITE IF ANY; SUMMER WIND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF SARASOTA, INC.; FOUNTAIN VIEW VILLAS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A DAVID NAVA, JANE DOE N/K/A NADINE CONTE, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 18th day of July, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2, SUMMER WIND, AS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1607, PAGES 1617 THROUGH 1674, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 20, PAGES 49 THROUGH 49A, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
