NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 13, 2012 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 10, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-004184-NC (C) of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and THI DINH NGUYEN; XINH THI LUONG; SOUTH GATE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A DENNIS MYSTELL, JANE DOE N/K/A MARK HARRING, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 12th day of July, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 126, SOUTH GATE UNIT 29, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 72 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
