Sarasota County, Florida, the Office of the Clerk of the Court of Sarasota County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 12th day of August, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon as possible thereafter the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
COMMENCE AT A POINT ON THE EAST LINE OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 38 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, WHICH IS 200 FEET NORTH OF THE SE CORNER OF SAID SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 38 SOUTH, RANGE 18E; THENCE SOUTH ALONG SAID EAST LINE 22.0 FEET; THENCE S 89º 25' W, 460.38 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 78.0 FEET; THENCE S 89º 25' W, 513.82 FEET, MORE OR LESS TO THE WATER OF LITTLE SARASOTA BAY; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG WATERS OF SAID BAY TO A POINT THAT BEARS SOUTH 89º 25' WEST FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE N 89º 25' EAST 903.0 FEET, MORE OR LESS TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. ALL LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 38 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
