PENNEY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; TENANT #1 N/K/A DEVON PENNEY are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 17th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
