NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 11, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-000294-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein REGIONS BANK DBA REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM J. SWAN; REBECCA SWAN A/K/A REBECCA S SWAN A/K/A RABACCA S SWAN; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK; MEADOW WALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 17th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 44, MEADOW WALK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 28, 28A, 28B AND 28C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
