NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 10, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-003389-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC is the Plaintiff and RICHARD TODD BROWER; ELIZABETH PITCHFORD; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CITY OF SARASOTA; GULF GATE GARDEN HOMES EAST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 17th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 113, GULF GATE GARDEN HOMES EAST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF THE CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL BOOK 814, PAGES 768 THROUGH 790, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS; AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 34, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
