NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 10, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-018958-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC is the Plaintiff and KURT GREBER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; FIFTH THIRD BANK (SOUTH FLORIDA); WELLS FARGO BANK, NA; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 17th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
