NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 6, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2009-CA-008174 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-S1 is the Plaintiff and SHAUN CUMSTON A/K/A SHAUN P. CUMSTON; KAREN CUMSTON; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; KENSINGTON WOODS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 11th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
