NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 008812 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, N.A., as Trustee, for MASTR Adjustable Rate Mortgages Trust 2005-7, Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2005-7 was the Plaintiff and SELIM H. RAMAJ, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 16th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 195, LESS THE EASTERLY 37.7 FEET THEREOF, AND ALL OF LOT 196, DESOTO LAKES, UNIT NO. 4 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8 PAGE 118 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
