NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 3rd, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-002069, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. Fifth Third Bank, A Ohio Corporation, Successor by Merger to Fifth Third Bank, A Michigan Corporation, Successor in interest to R-G Crown Bank, Plaintiff and KATHY EILEEN SCHNEIDER; , ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 00:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE. on this July 18th, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
