NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 11, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-006058-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA is the Plaintiff and ERICK H. SHUMWAY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE ERICK H. SHUMWAY REVOCABLE TRUST U/A/D SEPTEMBER 25, 2002; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARY OF THE ERICK H. SHUMWAY REVOCABLE TRUST U/A/D SEPTEMBER 25, 2002; ERICK H. SHUMWAY; SUSAN E. SHUMWAY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 17th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
