NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 13, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-017804-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and CARMEN M. MAAYAN; MAIR M. MAAYAN A/K/A MAIR MAAYAN; PALMER OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; PALMER OAKS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 18th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 204, BUILDING 2, PALMER OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO.2007118811 AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS FILED THERETO IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN COMMON AREAS AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
