BENNETT A/K/A ELEANOR RUTH BENNETT A/K/A ELEANOR ADAMS BENNETT DECEASED; MARK RICHARD BENNETT A/K/A MARK R. BENNETT AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ELEANOR R. UNIT NO. 12103, QUAIL'S RUN, PHASE XII, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1405, PAGE 316 THRU 373, INCLUSIVE, AND AS SHOWN ON PLOT PLAN IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 15, PAGE 24 AND 241, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
