NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 3, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-009254-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest by purchase from the FDIC as Receiver of Washingtion Mutual Bank f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, FA, Plaintiff and Dorothy C. Salemi, Surviving Spouse of Stephen P. Salemi Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on July 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 53, STRATHMORE RIVERSIDE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS SECTION ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 836, PAGES 207 THROUGH 246, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF; RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 3, PAGES 50 AND 50A THROUGH 50C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
