BEGINNING AT THE NW CORNER OF SAID LOT 23 BONITA FARMS, THENCE EAST ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF DEAN STREET, A DISTANCE OF 140 FEET; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF A 50-FOOT STREET (TO BE KNOWN AS HAROLD AVENUE) AND ALONG A LINE PARALLEL TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 23 FOR A DISTANCE OF 185 FEET AND THE POB OF THE LANDS HEREIN DESCRIBED.
