Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situate in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Lots 43 and 44 and property described in Official Records Book 2376, Page 2268, Block 146, UNIT 4, PART 2 CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 13 to 22, inclusive, both of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
