NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 14, 2013, entered in Case No. 13-CA-051333 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Banc of America Funding Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and Robert G. Ressegiue; Rosemarie Ressegiue; Bella Vita at Palmira Golf and Country Club Neighborhood Association, Inc.; Palmira Golf and Country Club Master Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 15 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 9, PARKLANDS LEE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGES 84 THROUGH 98, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
