NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-006852 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Bank of America, National Association, successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP, F/K/A Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, is the Plaintiff and Felicia Caraballo-Victores, Gustavo A. Victores, Renaissance Villas Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 15th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
