NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of May, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2012-CC-012898, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein BRAEMAR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and LORENA ORDONEZ and CHRISTIAN ORDONEZ are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 19th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 39 Block C, of BRAEMAR, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 99, Page 71 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County Florida.
AKA: 5232 Clover Mist Drive; Apollo Beach, FL 33572-3419.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, ofther than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
