NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-024847 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Helman Cortes, Martha Cortes, John Doe n/k/a Alberto Lopez, Wildewood at Plantation Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the day 8th of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
