NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-016675 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which PNC Bank National Association, successor by merger to National City Mortgage a division of National City Bank, is the Plaintiff and Hector L. Jimenez, Jessica L. Jimenez, Eleanor Alice Brown, Tenant #1 n/k/a Kina Tassinari, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of July 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
