NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-013439 DIV. F of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings & Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Myra A. James; Unknown Tenant(s); and City of Tampa, A Municipal Corporation Organized and existing under its laws of the State of Florida, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on July 8, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 5, Watch Hill, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 34 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
