NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-20-08CA03, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE9 is the Plaintiff and RAFAEL A MIGOYO; GEISA MIGOYO; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, A FEDERAL ASSOCIATION and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 00'00” WEST ALONG SAID WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE AND EASTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOTS 6 AND 5 FOR A DISTANCE OF 60.00 FEET; THENCE DEPARTING SAID WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE AND EASTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 5 SOUTH 89 DEGREES 12'00” WEST FOR A DISTANCE OF 200,00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 00'00” WEST FOR A DISTANCE OF 80.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 12'00” EAST FOR A DISTANCE OF 200.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
