NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 23, 2013, entered in Case No. 08-CA-012506 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWALT, Inc. Alternative Loan Trust 2005-31, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-31 is the Plaintiff and Eduardo Maurizi; Unknown Spouse of Eduardo Maurizi; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., a nominee for Countrywide Bank, a Division of Treasury Bank, N.A.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 2nd day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 131 FERN CLIFF, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, AT PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
