NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-022683 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac IMSC Mortgage Trust 2007-F3, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-F3 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated August 1, 2007, is the Plaintiff and Dora Palacio, , are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
