NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 10, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 001682 of the Circuit Court in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ONLINE AT WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM. at 10:00 AM on the 29th day of July, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
