H, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and TRACY L. POWELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TRACY L. POWELL, IF ANY; TAMPA VILLAS SOUTH, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 17th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
