NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-007164 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Michael E. McNeil, Stephanie L. Hayden a/k/a Stephanie H. McNeil, San Marino Bay Condominium 5 Association, Inc., Tenant # 2 Lauren Smith, Tenant #1 Jonathan Smith, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, National Association, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 15th day of July 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT B-102, BUILDING NO. 11, OF SAN MARINO BAY CONDOMINIUM 5, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4817, PAGE 1878 ET SEQ., AND AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13295, PAGES 1765 THROUGH 1779, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
