DOMUS HOLDINGS, LLC (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and CATARINA UNGER; KURT STEPHENSON; ARBORS AT CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 26th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 14902-301, AT ARBORS OF CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16781, PAGE 45, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FURTHER AMENDED,
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
