NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-017155 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TO LASALLE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE MLMI TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-SD1, Plaintiff, and, NAVARRO, EDITH, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 22ND day of JULY, 2013, the following described property:
THE CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 3814 D IN BUILDING 1, CORTEZ OF CARROLLWOOD, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANTS THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR CORTEZ OF CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3543, PAGE 86 THROUGH 145 IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 39 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
