NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-021953 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the day of 8th day of July, 2013, using the following method: 10:00 a.m.via the website : http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, or relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 107.5 FEET OF LOT 6 AND THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF THE EAST 107.5 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK 24, DEMOREST, TOGETHER WITH THE WEST ½ VACATED ALLEY ABUTTING THEREON, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
