NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 16, 2013, entered in Case No. 08-CA-017829 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-23CB, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-23CB is the Plaintiff and Andres Reynoso; Unknown Spouse of Andres Reynoso; City of Tampa, Florida; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Countrywide Bank, N.A.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on September 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 16, ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
