NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 29, 2013, entered in Case No. 11-CA-013784 DIV F of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Martin Castellanos; Elvia Ruiz; Unknown Tenant # 1 and Unknown Tenant # 2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 10th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 5, MAP OF VILLA SAINT LOUIS, TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTH 1/2 OF VACATED ALLEY ABUTTING THEREON, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
