NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-004097 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Place One Condominium Association, Inc., Clerk of the Court for Hillsborough County, Hillsborough County, Florida, State Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, Felicia M. Williams, are defendants the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of July 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
