NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-32095 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Christine Azevedo, Jean Pierre Azevedo, Waterford Property Owners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Clerk fo the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 13th day of July 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 45, BLOCK “A”, OF WATERFORD ON THE ALAFIA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
