NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-009934, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ROBERT RODRIGUEZ, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 17th day of JULY, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 8840, IN BUILDING 1, OF ARMENIA VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16789, AT PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL RECORDED AND UNRECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
