Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Uniform Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
THE EAST 10.0 FEET OF LOT 23 AND ALL OF LOT 24, BLOCK 13, GANDY BOULEVARD PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 22, SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly known as: 3301 W. PEARL AVENUE, TAMPA, FLORIDA 33611., at public sale on July 29, 2013, at 10:00 A.M. EST after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. The judicial sale will be conducted electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com.
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk of Court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
