NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-011951, DIVISION: N of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR PEOPLE'S CHOICE HOME LOAN SECURITIES TRUST SERIES 2005-2, is Plaintiff and DRAIN DOCTORS, INC.; PEGGY A. SMITH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PEGGY A. SMITH; MR. ROOTER CORPORATION; MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC; UNIFIRST CORPORATION; TEMPEST RECOVERY SERVICES, INC., AS SERVICING AGENT FOR AUTONATION FINANCIAL SERVICES CORP.; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 9th day of July, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 13 OF GATEWAY SUBDIVISION, LESS THE SOUTH 34.2 FEET OF THE WEST 25 FEET AND LESS THE SOUTH 1.3 FEET THEREOF, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EAST ½ OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING THERETO.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
