NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about June 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-010281 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Raul Ramirez, Ivelisse Ramirez, Plantation Homeowners Inc., Wildewood at Plantation Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 23rd day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
