NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 22, 2013, entered in Case No. 2008-CA-016864 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC1 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Matthew Israel; Unknown Spouse of Matthew Israel; Saxon Mortgage Services LLC aka Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 9th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, TAMPA GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 95, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
