NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 28, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-014267, DIVISION: N of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2007-NC2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-NC2, is Plaintiff and KIMBERLY RODGERS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KIMBERLY RODGERS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).

THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF LOT 9, REVISED MAP OF FLORIDA GARDENLANDS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 15 FEET, AND SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT OVER THE WEST 15 FEET.
