NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-6055-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Woods at Anderson Park Homeowners Associaion, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Lawrence W. Allan and Barbara A. Allan are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on July 12, 2013, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 826, THE WOODS AT ANDERSON PARK - UNIT 6, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 107, Page 22, Public Records of Pinellas County Florida; together with an adjoining particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Southeast corner of said Lot 826, thence North 01'42'13” East, along the East limit of same 33'50 feet; thence South 88'17'47” East, 5.10 feet; thence South 01'42'13” West parallel with the East limit of said Lot, 33.50 feet; thence North 88'17'47” West, 5.10 fet to the Point of Beginning.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
