NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-06436-C1-11 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Indenture Trustee for the registered Noteholders of Renaissance Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Notes, Series 2005-2, is Plaintiff and Irene L. Keeney, and Elizabeth Hephinger, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 16th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK, GOLFWOODS SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71. PAGE 38 AND 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
