NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-12254 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Douglas Simmers, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Pinellas County, Florida, GTE Federal Credit Union, Orange Lake Village Homeowners Association, Inc., Michele J. Simmers, State of Florida, Department of Revenue, are defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 4, LESS THE WEST 15 FEET THEREOF AND THE WEST 15 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK 26, ORANGE LAKE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 65, 66 AND 67 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
